5 Enter Yes or No in the Summarize?: field to specify whether you want to
see a Traffic Summary Report. The default is No, meaning that the
system displays the Traffic Report instead of the Traffic Summary Report.
The two reports are described below:
~ The Traffic Summary report provides information on the total traffic
volume for each channel for the range of hours specified in the Traffic
Report window.
~ The Traffic Report provides traffic volume for each channel in 1-hour
increments starting and ending with the hours specified in the Traffic
Report window.
6 Press F3 (Save)
The system displays the previously displayed call traffic report.
7 (Optional) Select:
The system updates the report and displays the values that were saved
last.
> Update
