z Printing is too dark, black stripes appear, the image or background is dirty,
or black characters or lines are blurry.

z The non-printing side of the print media is dirty.

The charging roller on the belt
cartridge is dirty.
Clean the charging roller. 6-28
The photosensitive belt is
damaged or deteriorated.
Replace the belt cartridge. 7-6
The printer contains jammed
media.
Remove the jammed media. 6-6
The media is damp. Use new print media fresh from its
package.
