Media Input Options
The printer comes with two paper trays. By default, the printer draws first
from Tray 1 (A). If Tray 1 is empty, the printer draws from Tray 2 (B).

Tray 1 (multi-purpose) Media Sizes
Tray 1 adjusts for sizes from 3 x 5 in (76 x 127 mm) to a legal-size
sheet, 8.5 x 14 in (216 x 356 mm).
Tray 1 should be used when printing:
• Envelopes (see page 3-12)
• Labels (see page 3-13)
• Transparencies (see page 3-14)
• Custom-sized media (see page 3-15)
• Postcards (see page 3-15)
• Heavy paper (see page B-9)
Tray 2 (paper cassette) Media Sizes
Tray 2 has settings for the following paper sizes:
• Legal (8 1/2 x 14 in)
• A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Letter (8 1/2 x 11 in)
• Executive (7 1/4 x 10 1/2 in)
• B5 (176 x 250 mm)
