If the border appears above the tear-off tab:
● Align the print cartridges.
● Verify that no problem exists with the source image. For example, if you are
printing a scanned image, verify that the image was not crooked when it was
scanned.

If you receive an out of paper message, follow these guidelines.
Print cartridge problem message
The Print Cartridge Status light comes on when a print cartridge is low on ink.
The Print Cartridge Status light flashes when a print cartridge is improperly installed or
malfunctioning.

Follow these steps if the printer stalls while you are printing a document.
Paper detected does not match paper size or type selected
If you receive an error message about a paper mismatch, it indicates that the paper
size or type selected in the software program or in the printer software does not match
the paper in the In tray. Follow these instructions to resolve the problem.
