The Printhead light and a color
indicator light blink alternately
with an Ink Cartridge light and
a color indicator light.
The Resume light is on.
The printer detects a faulty ink cartridge
and a faulty printhead.
• Replace the applicable printheads and
ink cartridges.
The Power light, Printhead
light, Ink Cartridge light,
and Resume light all blink.
Multiple printer errors have occurred.
• Turn the printer off, and then on again.
• If the printer still shows an error, turn the
print off, and unplug it. Wait a minute
and then turn on the printer again. If the
printer error has cleared, send the
job again.
