I have a 2004 Volvo XC90. It feel like it is stuck in 4th gear. I was told it could be electrical. Should I take it to a Auto Electrician, or a Volvo Service Place, and get it hooked up to there electrical machine? I was told the Transmission might be an electrical problem. Also my radio has never worked, they said it might need to be reset. Thank you for you time in trying to help me to figure this issue out. Cyndi
