I have a viper alarm system on y cady, I cant rem...

I have a viper alarm system on y cady, I cant remote turn off the alarm. If I put the key in the door and unlock it the alarm will go off. I cant turn off the alarm or start my truck. Any help? im not sure of the model i have.
