Question About Viper Automobile Alarm Model 480XV
battery is dead...

battery to my 2001 gmc jimmy is drained and the truck seems to be on lockdown. remote broke so got a new one, cant seem to reset it. found the val/program button but nothing will happen. key is stuck in the ignition....how do i get this thing started
