my fan speed for air circulation only allows for high speed. what can i do to remedy this situation?

0 Hi, The usual problem is a burned out resistor. It's found behind the center consul inside the fan housing and usually accessed without much dismantling. It is a small square fitting with electrical cables attaching via a plug. It is held in with a screw. Disconnect the plug, remove the screw and extract it. Either repair or replace the unit.
