0 With the jack handle, there is a hole in the bumper near the center if original, or a little extra gap just above it if aftermarket. The jack handle engages the mechanism that raises and lowers the tire from it's stowed position. You will see what appears to be a stub of pipe, the end of the jack handle is inserted there, and use the handle as a crank.
