I charged the stanley J45C09 for over 24 hours. Air compresser works and the light but when I touch the cables together I get nothing. How do I know if they are working? Is there something else I need to turn on besides the big on and off switch on the front next to the battery test. I am getting 2 red lights and 2 green.
