I have a range rover classic 1993 with a sigma M s...

I have a range rover classic 1993 with a sigma M series installed by former owner.. Car wont start anymore due to alarm..battery is good...i tried to set into valet mode..no good...nothing seems to work to get it cranking....pls pls..tell me how to get ride of this alarm or get rid of the immobiliser...as i like the central locking...
