Question About Sears Automobile Battery Charger 200.71223
Charger powers on, front control module LED's work...

Charger powers on, front control module LED's work and change with press, BUT, NO VOLTAGE AT CABLES (origin) inside. 30 volts at secondary transformer output. Fuse link on positive cable side is good. Seems like control module is culprit. Any suggestions to isolate problem. Control module is more expensive than new charger!
