How do I set the GPS...

I recently purchased 2004 truck with this model installed but w/o any instruction manual. The GPS always defaults to downtown Los Angles. How can I get this unit to navigate in Windsor, Colorado 80550?? I also, cannot figure out how to set radio stations. thanks for your assistance, Jeff Simmons
