The right rear tail light wont work on my 92 Dodge...

The right rear tail light wont work on my 92 Dodge Stratus; I've changed the bulb but it still won't work...my brake lights work. What could be the problem? Please, if any answers, give step by step instructions on where to look for what on the car. I'm not auto savvy. Thanks
