Need help to reprogram. Starts but then turns itself off, not more than 15 seconds after starting

0 keyless remote for Astroflex Automobile accessories CAN 18541021168 I just had a new battery installed in the vehicle, now the remote doesn't work and putting the key in the driver's door caused the horn to beep continuously until the key is inserted into the ignition. I put new batteries in both remotes and need to reprogram both.
