there was a small rubber tube hanging from a cylin...

there was a small rubber tube hanging from a cylinder underneath my trunk behind the rear passenger wheel. its making a terrible noise like grinding or rattling. i wondered what it is, possibly for air shocks but im not sure id like to fix the loud noise
