I have a 2002 Nissan gxe that wont start . ran the obd codes . po403 cam sensore bank 1 . ok replaced bolth cam sensors ,fule pump ,checked all fuses ,relays . still not starting . acts like its out of time.cannot locate timing markes on harmonick balancer . could it be security sistume malfunctioning ??
