I have no dashboadr lights on my Mitsubishi 2400 I...

I have no dashboadr lights on my Mitsubishi 2400 Intercooler turbo - MMC 1993. The lamps are all ok, the fuse is OK, What can be the cause? Will that be possible for me to get the electrical drawings for the car? Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you.
