5 Well that just depends on the kind of suspension you have on the car I know some Mercedes have air suspension systems but if it has struts they could be worn out to test them push down on the back of the car with all of your weight several times it should bounce 2 to 3 times before stopping if it keeps on bouncing a lot they are worn and just need to be replaced witch is pretty easy and usually cheap some struts are adjustable and they could have accidentally messed up and lowered the car
