The horn goes off automatically in the 1997 lincoln executive series. why is this happening and how do I fix the ? Can I disengage the horn? If yes, where is the horn located and how do I disengage the horn?

4 The horn goes off automatically in the 1997 lincoln executive series. Why is this happening and how do I fix the problem? Can I disengage the horn? If yes, where is the horn located and how do I disengage the horn? I have currently disconnected the battery?
