My 2003 Tiburon's power steering has gone out, about 2 weeks ago I noticed a slight squeeling sound, checked the belt and fluid and found it was low. Added fluid and everything was fine but now I cannot turn the wheel more than a quarter inch before a hear a bubbing sound and see smoke coming from between the firewall and engine. As long as the wheel is not turned nothing happens but as soon as it is is when noise, smoke, etc happens. What could be the cause of this?
