How to replace the starter...

I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent, 4 cycl 1.6L engine and need to replace the starter. Compared to what the Dealer wants to charge me I'm sure I can save money by doing it myself. How hard would it be to replace the starter on this car? I change my own oil.
