So my car starter/alarm hasn't worked in a couple years I changed the battery multiple times and nothing displayed on the remote. Well Today (2 yrs later) I woke up and my car is on and i had possession of the only two keys I owned. So I tried to turn my car off and it would not turn off with the key untill I hit the brake. then it shut down. So I decided to change the battery in the remote again just to see what would happen. it turned on and made noises and lights. the screen is slightly faded, but the buttons don't work. Does anyone know what is going on with it. Or anything I can try to get the remote to work again? Is there a box or something in the car for this starter/alarm that I can check? Where would it be located?
