Hello Customer Support, I purchased a GPS-810 a few months ago. The battery doesn't seem to charge. I called tech support, and they told me to reset unit. I turned it on, but when I turn it off, it won't come back on unless I reset again. I plug it into wall outlet, and the charging light doesn't come on. I lost my manual for this GPS system.
