Question About GMC Automobile None
Windsheild wipers only work on HIGH setting...

My 1993 GMC Vandura van's wipers only work when I set them to the Highest setting. So, for example, when I want to shut off my wipers, I have to time it perfectly for them to be at the bottom. It won't return to the resting position at the bottom of the windsheild by itself. What part do I need to replace for this?
