5 Had the same problem with mine before. If it works. But won't display, try connecting it to your computer and resetting it. If it doesn't display and there's no sound, send it back for repairs. You can try bringing it to best buy for exchange program. But just don't leave your new one in your car or on the dashboard especially. That's how these things break. Really sensitive to heat and extreme cold. And humidity as well.
