"fm traffic provider database missing" error messa...

"fm traffic provider database missing" error message at boot. cannot find data when searching for map or address, no map shown, unable to calculate or connect to sattelites, etc. bassically it has no data except for bluetooth. it happened when i was driving down the freeway. need help please!
