WHERE IS THE FUEL FUSE AND OR RELAY ON A 2000 FORD...

WHERE IS THE FUEL FUSE AND OR RELAY ON A 2000 FORD WINSTAR 3.8 ENGINE? WHEN I TURN THE KEY, I DONT HEAR THE FUEL PUMP KICK ON AND NO FUEL IS REACHING THE FUEL RAIL. EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL I DISCONNECTED THE HARNESS REPLACING THE HEAD GASKETS.
