Fuse panel location and blinker replacement...

Hello, I would like to know where the fuse panel is located in my Focus. I would also like to know how to replace the blinkers on the back and front side, of the driver side of the car. I am a single female and can't afford to have simple maintenance done by a shop. Please, help!!
