5 Did you buy the car used? I've had this issue come up with a past car I owned when I put a non-stock bulb. The different wattage/voltage (caused because the bulb I put in was an LED light) caused the turn signal to blink very quickly. It was recommended to me that I look into replacing the light with a halogen light similar to what the car came with or that I get a higher wattage/voltage fuse. Hope this helps
