1995 ford explorer altenator/ wiring problems?? help please!!...

I just got my altenator tested and it is good also just bought a brand new battery.. it still is not charging the battery the way it should.. some fuses were blown and i replaced them and it started working again , now no fuses are blown and the altenator is not charging again... help!! lol
