CHARGER INSTRUCTIONS...

Idiot I am but still PLEASE HELP I purchaced a Duracell CEF-20 charger put the enxclosed batterys on charge and 24 hours later I still have the RED Carging light on But and here is the stupidity the instruction card was thrown out Help Please Clive
