My cigarette lighter and radio went out on my 2001...

My cigarette lighter and radio went out on my 2001 Grand Caravan & I don't see the inside fuse box to change it out. Where is it located?

5 The fuse block for that van is under the hood on the drivers side. The fuse that powers the radio and lighter is #5 and is a 20 amp fuse.
