Question About Chrysler Automobile 1997 chrysler voyager
meaning of error message...

There is a information-engine service soon- appeared on the panel of my car.I drove it to the shop to ask for service.The technician used the Hand-held device to diagnose and it show an error message as follow -exhaust flue gas flow insufficient.Would you please tell me what it means?which part out of order? thank you very much!
