Have a 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The heater fan works sometimes on all speeds. And other times it doesn't work at all on any speed. This past summer I replaced the blower motor resistor. But still having the same problems. I have been told that is not a fuse or the fan motor wound not come on, and it is not likely the blower motor relay. Can't seem to resolve this problem. Can you help?
