my husband diied need to know steps on how to flus...

my husband diied need to know steps on how to flush & drain & fill radiator w anti freeze coolant. its been sitting for awhile runs well but the plastic dip stick that is inserted into bottle area to check coolant levels is has got rusty looking & need to clean & fill it back up again need instruction manual? can anyone help me w/ instructions?
