5 There are really only a few things that will keep the horn from working. Check the horn fuse. Switch the horn relay out with the fuel pump relay (they should be the same). The clock spring inside the steering wheel could be bad. The horn switch CIILD be worn out. Lastly the horn itself could have failed. Test for power at the horn when pushing the horn button. If you have power there then the horn is bad. If it's not the horn it is usually the clock spring.
