i had caprice 2002 , the hydrolic oil is not stabl...

i had caprice 2002 , the hydrolic oil is not stable , the car loses the oil , I fix it twice , advice me what can I do ? and also I fix the Ac twice and it is not good I live in gulf in very hot climate thanks for your assistance.
