How come every time I unlock my door and open it t...

How come every time I unlock my door and open it the alarm goes off? Whether it's with the keyless entry, using my actual key, or if I'm even inside my car, if the door is locked and goes to unlocked if the door is opened the alarm goes off and I can't turn it off.
