car won't start replaced battery 3 weeks ago (brand New) new alternator, sometimes the LED light in on constant other times it flashes normal. dash light come normal lights dome ect but car doesn't turn over no clicking fuses are correct but sometimes when engaging alarm the chirp was more than normal lights flashed several times extra. all doors windows trunk hood closed properly what do I do to get my car to start again/
