Red light stays on remote...

I have a audiovox pr00e4bs remote and i put a new battery into it and the red light stays on all the time this never happened before and i havent got the manual and cant seem to locate one! can any one help me??

0 I'm having this same problem, and I do have the manual, but it is not helpful to this problem. Since March, have you been able to fix this?
