My remote will not move the door lock knobs down but stll activates the alarm. I have to use the button inside the truck to lock the doors. The remote does unlock the truck moving the door locks up. The truck appears to be unlocked when just useing the remote but as soon as the door is opened the alarm goes off. Ford claims it is a problem with the Audiovox system (they installed)
