i purchased a 2002 jeep a couple of weeks ago a audiovox as 9495 4p car alarm and prestige5bcr07 remote. my daughter started the jeep with the remote and before she put the key in the ingnition her son started to roll down the window. everything went dead and is still dead. how do i get going. thanks, jerry
