I have a Pursuit Model PRO 92BT that was installed...

I have a Pursuit Model PRO 92BT that was installed on my 1995 Toyota Avalon in 1995. One remote was lost and the other does not work even when the battery is replaced. It flashes every time the car is unlocked or it turned off. How can the system be disconnected?
