3 I recently had an audiovox pursuit pro 9233n keyless alarm installed. how do I change setting to prevent passive alarm. i only want to manually alarm with keyless remote

0 I bought a 95 BMW 318IS with a pursuit after market(?) alarm. When I found the remote in the glove box the previous owner told me it not do anything. Well it does and seems to work fine. I want to identify the model number and get a manual in case I need it. Short of tracing the speaker wire back to the control unit, is there a common place where this should be installed so I can look there and find it more quickly? Ken @ laser_ken@yahoo.com
