I DO NOT HAVE HORN SOUNDING WHEN I LOCK MY DOOR. JUST BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE WITH THIS STARTER IN IT ? CAN I RESET FOR HORN TO GO OFF WHEN I LOCK DOORS-RIGHT NOW LIGHTS JUST FLASH?
