Column
•Turn the vehicle over so that it rests on the handlebars.
•Position the front wheels assembly so that the grill is
toward the front end of the vehicle body. Fit the front
wheels assembly onto the front axle columns.
• Fit the end of the steering column through the groove in
the grill and then through the hole in the front axle.

•Position the steering column
retainer so that the hooked
tabs are upright and the
groove is facing you.
• Fit the steering column
retainer behind the steering
column, as shown.
•Fit the groove in the steering column retainer to the
steering column.
• Insert and “snap” the three tabs on the steering
column retainer into the slots in the steering linkage.
• Make sure all three tabs on the steering column
retainer are in the slots in the steering linkage.
