Important Note: Use only a Power Wheels
®
Type H 6 volt
battery with a Power Wheels
®
thermal fuse installed. Use of
any other battery or fuse will damage your vehicle. Make
sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using
the enclosed Power Wheels
®
6 volt charger before
operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery
for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle. Never
charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Failure to follow
these instructions may damage your battery and will void
your warranty.

• Unfasten the battery retainer straps.
• Place the battery in the battery compartment with the
battery connector extending towards the vehicle's
motor harness connector.
• Squeeze the tabs on each side of the motor harness
connector and plug the battery connector into the motor
harness connector.
Note: If the battery connector will not plug into the
motor harness connector, turn it over and try again!
Do not force the battery connector into the motor
harness connector.

• Fasten the retainer straps snugly aroung the top of
the battery.
• Re-assemble the seat.

• If the seat has been assembled to your vehicle, press in
on the tabs on the front of the seat and lift to remove it.
